  • $50 for round-trip flight (for 2 people)

    If you already know where you’re headed and want help securing flights at the right time and price, I can assist with:

    • Flight search support and recommendations

    • Timing tips and route suggestions

    • Booking and confirmation organization

    • Pre-flight coordination and preparation

  • Last-Minute Planning — + $150

    For trips planned within 1.5 months of travel dates. This fee covers the extra time and strategy required to secure availability and coordinate logistics quickly.

    Group Travel Planning — Starting at $200+
    For trips with more than 4 adults, pricing varies depending on size and complexity.
    Group planning often involves:

    • Multiple rooms, schedules, budgets, and preferences

    • Coordinating options everyone can agree on

    • Extra organization and communication support

    • Multiple inbound flight coordination

    Additional Itinerary Edits & Changes — $100
    More than 3 rounds of edits and trip changes requires additional work that will incur an additional fee.

  • $0

    If you are booking a commissionable hotel, this is free to the client! Most hotel partners as well as certain VRBO homes, pay commission directly to your travel advisor. If you only need a hotel booked, this is entirely free to you. This option does not include restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, etc. Booking minimums start at $300/night.
